Educational Debt Support
Help deserving final-year students overcome outstanding educational debt so that they can graduate, receive their qualification and enter the job market without a historic debt burden holding them back.
Supporting students. Rewarding excellence. Removing financial barriers. Building future leaders.

The Foundation envisions a society in which sustainable financial support empowers graduates to settle outstanding educational debt while inspiring academic excellence through scholarships and incentives for high-achieving students — thereby nurturing future leaders who will contribute meaningfully to their communities and the nation.
Mobilise scholarship and educational funding to remove financial barriers that prevent deserving final-year students from graduating.
We inspire academic excellence by rewarding outstanding achievement in Mathematics, Accounting and Science, and we open access for students whose pathway is technical and vocational.
From clearing the debt that blocks a graduation to rewarding the learner who tops her district, every programme moves a student one step further along the journey.

Recognise and incentivise high-achieving Grade 12 learners at district level, celebrating excellence early and encouraging learners to aim for university entrance.
Form partnerships with organisations that share our vision — universities, corporates, districts and community organisations working together to widen the ecosystem.

A passion for education and excellence.
“Education is key to personal empowerment, economic stability and societal progress.” Khaya upheld the values of humility and hard work throughout his life — and those values now shape everything the Foundation does.
We recognise and support individuals who have demonstrated commitment, perseverance, and academic excellence. We believe hard work and dedication should be rewarded with opportunities to succeed.
We believe that clearing educational debt is not a handout but a means of restoring dignity, hope, and opportunity. By removing financial barriers, we enable graduates to realise their full potential.
We are committed to creating lasting impact by transforming educational achievement into meaningful employment and lifelong success. We do not simply clear debt—we unlock futures and launch careers.
We embrace the spirit of Ubuntu—“I am because we are.” We believe that when one graduate succeeds, families, communities, and society as a whole are strengthened. We invest in individuals who will, in turn, uplift others.
We serve with compassion, integrity, and respect, recognising that every person's journey is unique. We remain accountable stewards of our resources and committed partners in the success of those we support.
High achieving but financially distressed — that is the student the Foundation exists for.
Watch how a single act of debt clearance can turn a blocked qualification into a first job, and a first job into a family lifted.
